Medical Staffing Consultants, Inc. (MSC) specializes in helping individuals and companies start up medical staffing businesses. MSC provides on-site turnkey training programs and support services designed to help clients launch and build a successful medical staffing company.

For companies and individuals entering the market with no experience, MSC provides an on-site comprehensive training program. This program includes classroom training as well as our consultant(s) actually beginning to operate the company with the client for a period of weeks. Our clients are trained in every aspect of the business, including marketing, recruitment of healthcare professionals and daily operations.

MSC provides assistance with insurance, licensure/registration as well as financing. Our clients operate in their own business name, there are no franchise fees or royalties. We are not a franchiser!

All systems, forms and procedures are provided on CD-ROM and a 200 page detailed operations manual is given to clients. After the initial training program is completed, our consultants are available to provide on going support on a help line and through in-person assistance. Advanced training is available and we help our clients expand their business through a variety of services including the introduction of new product lines within the medical staffing industry.

MSC is also active in Merger and Acquisition activities related to companies in the medical staffing business. We provide a range of consulting services to existing medical staffing businesses seeking to improve and expand their businesses. MSC also provides recruitment services to the industry.
